As one of the events in Canada's capital city surrounding World Usability Day, the e-Gov Usability Showcase brought together government, industry and usability professionals to share their experiences of designing government applications and services to meet user needs.
Speakers included Al Malo, Director General, IT Strategy, Canada Border Services Agency, Cathy Kealey, User Experience Architect, City of Hamilton, Kati Geber, Manager, Canadian Heritage Information Network, and Sabine Rohlfs, Senior Information Architect, Canada Revenue Agency.
