Graphical User Interface (GUI) Design for VOIP phone
Telecommunications Software Maker
The Background
This organization provides software to its customers to manage large telecom operations. As part of normal business expansion efforts, they were creating a Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone set to work with all of their existing call servers.
The Challenge
Maskery was engaged to create a new interaction model for the VOIP telephone sets and to create two different visual "skins" for the phone.
The Project
Maskery's Visual Interaction Designers created a number of graphics concepts for the client. We worked through some of their technical constraints and delivered three separate skins to kick-off design discussions and brainstorming.
The Result
The customer received food-for-thought ideas and incidentally, these phones, with Maskery's graphics, got highlight reviews at an industry trade show.
